Hello!

First of all, thank you for your votes and thanks to all candidates!

Today starts a new era for this NT and I would at this point like to address a few main goals for my mandate:

- more involvement of Luxembourg managers with the NT and in the forums
- structured training of NT candidates and cooperation with U21
- make a good overall impression in our matches
- more NT players in the homeland - is the most important!
- notifications of Luxembourg player sales

We have to be realistic about our chances. We will be start building a team for the future and hopefully we will have a competitive team until the end of my tenure.

In the next few days I will make contact with Lux managers, make a shortlist of players, create some new forum threads about NT and announce my scouts.

If anyone wants to be part of this NT coach, scout team, do not hesitate to contact me! Everyone is welcome to help.
