Hammerheads Campaign Artemio Navarrete for MVP

Despite a disappointing inaugural season in Division III finishing 10-12 and out of postseason play, the Hammerheads can lay claim to one bright spot in Season 8. SG - Artemio Navarrete had by all accounts a stellar season. With 32.0PPG, Navarrete finished nearly a full 10 points ahead of the next closest scoring leader. Artemio shot 49.2% from the field (including 42.4% from behind the arc). He currently ranks #5 in USA in PTS/48 minutes (ranks #44 in the World).

Should a player who's team isn't even in the playoffs be considered for the MVP? An age-old question in which the answer lies within each individual's personal definition of the award. There are quite a few worthy candidates in League III.7 whose teams had much better seasons. So I guess we'll find out soon how Buzzerbeater defines MVP.
