Welcome Felix...goodbye towers

Hello Cymru faithful...(I hope this is a plural statement!)
We welcome a new member to our NT today, from the latest class of U21s.

We also say goodbye this season to many of our older players, and we said goodbye to several when I signed up for the job...a bit of house cleaning.

If anyone has a player, or spots a player that they think can contribute on the NT level for us in the 2nd chance, please notify me.

I will be leaving some spots open for now, allowing for injury or bad GS situations to add players as they develop and show potential, training and game shape worthy of giving them minutes.

In order to win games, I may stick to just using our more talented and diverse players who show good GS management. I may run 8 man crews if need be.

I am very open to anyone's ideas or opinions about my approach, please feel free to email me directly or to make posts in the forums etc.

Let's get some more wins!!
