Hello, I am running for re-election of the youth team. I outlined 4 reasons why I think I am the right person for the job.

-Commitment
I took over this job because your old manager became inactive. That will not happen again with me in charge. I play this game every day and will communicate with you weekly in the forums to update you on upcoming games and players on our team.

-International Experience
I have a good amount of international experience. I was a scout for the Nigerian U21 team and helped them win gold in the African championship. I have also served as the Belarus coach where I now have experience making lineups and applying tactics.

-Training Opportunities
Over the past few weeks I have had 5 American managers say that they would train for the Belarus youth team. We have been able to buy three high potential players so far and are always looking to add more. Those players can be seen here. (53592421) (53254407) (53593771)

-Team Approach
In addition to having people train Belarus players I also have two managers who are working to scout our players and one manager who will study opponents players and tactics. I am bringing with me a lot of skilled managers who will all work towards the same goal, winning games and developing players.

I would love the opportunity to continue to coach “the lungs of Europe”

I would like ThebigM to explain why he should be re-elected after starting his term in 78th position and ending it in 90th.

Yes, I am human and I make mistakes (although not many 😉). The drop in the ranking is not attributable to ThebigM. Even so, I feel more qualified than him to lead this team."

On the other hand, I think that him (or members of the staff) training the national team players himself is not correct since he would be benefiting his own team and there will always be doubts about whether he is really choosing the best players.

Hi Sergi,

Thanks for the question, although it shows your lack of understanding of the Belarus community and situation. The old U-21 coach went inactive and was responsible for 50-0 defeats. Under my leadership we we were able to win and field a suitable lineup. I have also been able to scout all of our youth talents and create a database of players. You probably were not aware since you have only taken interest in Belarus since the election started.

That's great that you found some good players, maybe you can sign them and train for the youth team too. :)

Your answer is a bit hypocritical, since you were not interested in the Belarusian national team until the last elections.
You do not respond to my comment that it is not right for you to have young Belarusians in your team and benefit from it. Even more so when they are not the best of their age.

What you have to do as a coach is to contact their managers to train them properly, not sign them.
