Rudolfs Vigelis at the age of 32 just played the best game of his career with 28 points, 12 assists and career high 10 rebounds in just 36 minutes of play.
Rudolfs joined Szczyrk in season 53 for 66k. At the time he had the highest TSP in the team and he quickly established himself as one of the best players. In season 54 he finished 1st in the MVP race in league 3.14. He also played in two all star games.
Rudolfs was a key player in Szczyrk’s three league 3 title winning campaigns in seasons 54, 56 and 58.
This season is likely to be Rudolfs’ last as a Szczyrk player. He will finish his Szczyrk career with over 300 games played and 3500 points scored.
At the end of this season he will become Szczyrk’s first ever player to be inducted into the teams’ Hall of Fame. He will always be remembered as a legend.
