England NT

Do you have a player you think should be on the NT team? Or one who you are training who will be a possible NT player of the future? Let me know. Its possible that I'm not aware of him.

While I don't believe in setting minimum skill levels for the NT squad, its difficult to see a guard with less than 18 OD being much more than a part time player.

For a SF as much D as possible. OD + ID of 28 would be desirable.

PFs should have at least 16 ID. Some OD, 7 would be a good figure, is also welcome.

Cs should have more ID than the PF. 17/18 or thereabouts. Again, OD should also at the very least 5.

As NT coach its my responsibility to choose the players for the NT. They are however your players. I won't tell you how to train them, but if you do need or want advice, I can either give it myself, or ask one of the many very good coaches connected with the NT scene.
