I will be switching to SB training now on my trainees and will contribute with some more in that section.

Nice! I trained 7 SB and hope to train more :)

Just fixed a bug. So you'll wanna download v2.2.

I had mostly been looking at it for guards (since that's what I'm training). So I missed that 6'10" & 6'11" guys were training like guards. Fixed it now!

v2.2 was short-lived...

Welcome to v2.3!

No clams have been injured in the making of this product. Although I can't say the same for beers... Maybe that's where the bugs got in. ;-)

New update. I promise this will be the last for a while.

I had a little time this weekend and put in the BB Training Site salary estimator and wrote better directions. Hopefully this makes the tool more complete and easier to use.

This training tool is impressive and incredibly useful. Thanks a million for putting it together. Much better than the excel planner I had created.

Question - does this model somehow place a cap (hard or soft) on potential? If so, can you explain how?

Thanks again!

The simulator keeps track of how close you are to capping. This is the "cap value" portion of the training results. It uses Josef Ka's cap formula which gives a range for where your player will hit the training slow-down. When the cap value number turns red, you have entered this range. When it gets a strikethrough, you have modeled training that exceeds this range. But it doesn't simulate the slow-down, since (as far as I know) no one has successfully figured out how that works.
