Hey guys...

First of all, thanks for your show of faith in me. It's with great honour that I take on the Welsh U21 coaching position, and I will try to live up to the display of belief that you've shown.
It wasn't a great start - with me not having access to set line-ups for our scrimmage with the NT. That's a great tradition, and one that offers a great challenge for the U21 team. Hopefully, we'll move on from that.

On the horizon, there's a lot of work to be done. Upcoming games present huge challenges for the Welsh U21s - a lot of the teams we're slated to face are ranked substantially higher than us... but there are a few games we can definitely make an impact on. We have a week until the first game against Slovensko U21 National Team - currently ranked #19. Baptism by fire...

On my plans, I'll be updating this page on a regular basis, and outline the depth chart of the players on the U21 side here. I'll also create a thread in the Cymru National Forum for the U21 team where I'll deliver other news, and inform you of new blog posts here.

I'll also be looking to expand the roster - and that will mean adding/subtracting players so I can get a roster going. I'll be looking at having 15 players initially, leaving a few roster spots open for the addition of 18yo players during the season.
Once the roster's set (or for some, sooner!), I'll shoot out some BBmails to open a dialogue with managers on training plans et al.
If anyone wants to be involved in any way, shape or form - don't hesitate to tell me so!
