I'm pleased with this season's crop of 21 year olds and I am really looking forward to building a solid pipeline of players for years to come. With fewer managers and fewer top trainees, it's important to really capitalize on the ones we have, and as a group come together and do the best we can.
As Green pointed out in his S30 post, please please please play your players as close to 60 minutes as you can, and for sure between 48 and 75 minutes. This ensures full training and not burning your player out. Awesome player builds still only compete at a top level when they are strong to proficient game shape.
Please do not start your trainee 2 games a week when possible, and definitely not 48 minutes straight 2 times.
