Press Announcements

U-21's battle like champs!!!

Well, the consolation cup is finished and we(Nippon) finished in 34th place. With a 5-3 record we made history. No Nippon team has ever won 5 games in the Consolation cup. With the highlights being the 22 point smackdown of Malaysia and a 13 point win over Portugal. Now it is time for the new boys to come in and shine.....So here is the depth chart for the up coming season...(we will be adding some new faces)

Starting PG...
Shidehara.....great player...needs two more pops of passing to be a real U-21 monster.
Back up......Mastuyama.....Defensive beast...needs two more pops in OD and passing...a monster in the making.
Staring at SG...
Haga....needs some OD and passing...another pop in JR and he is on his way...
Back up....Matsuyama.....He will be busy next season....
Starting at SF....
Murata.....a true beast...needs two more pops in OD and a REB/ID pop. Should dominate next season...
back up...Kumatani...needs a lot of work
Starting at PF...
Okayaha.....a monster as is...2 more ID and reb. pops and he is on his way.
Back up...Nishimura....needs work..
Staring at C..
Nakata...a very good player with holes..only 19...
back up...Nishimura
